Recently I dropped my tytn and it worked perfect in every way except I couldn't charge it any more. I went out and bought myself a new tytn ii which is working great. Then I found out I could fix the old one quite cheaply. My brother was very happy about this as he is getting the old one. I received in the post and hooked up to my laptop. I've got the laptop set up so I have my settings and my brother has his. I logged into his side and connected the TYTN. It tried to activate the Active sync but a message comes up saying " Can't find active sync bla bla bla located on (my) desktop" If I go back to my side it works perfectly. I creates a folder for itself and starts to sync. Of course this is no good as it tries to put my contact and appointment on his TYTN. Does anyone know how I can get to work under his setting so it will sync with his Outlook. Thanks. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
