My two week old HTC Tom Cruise goes dead when the battery level reaches 20%. When I restart it comes to Windows Mobile page and then goes dead. I need to connect to power then start it then it comes to normal with 20% battery level. I never left the phone charging after it reaches 100% and usually I charge when it comes to 10% level. Are there any settings in the phone or my battery has problem? 0  out of 2 found this valuable. Do you?
