Switch off alert box sound?

I have a HTC 3470 (Pharos) and would like to switch off the sound ("Alarm2" that accompanies all dialogs. In "Settings -> Sounds & Notifications" I can't seem to find the entry for this. Does anyone know how to switch off that sound? Do you find this valuable?
