Keyboard not working
Apr 22 2008, 7:06 PM EDT I updated my T-Mobile dash to windows mobile 6.1 since then my keyboard does not work as a qwerty keyboard anymore. The alt key and cap key does not do anything and the numbers work like in a normal phone. for ex. if u press 2 it shows 'a' if u press 2 twice it shows 'b' etc. does anyone know if there is patch to fix this problem. 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

May 29 2008, 12:32 AM EDT "I updated my T-Mobile dash to windows mobile 6.1I upgraded the phone to 6.1 also and was confused because the OS still looked like windows mobile 6. The only difference was this issue with the keyboard. I called up HTC and they told me that the problem was that the Dash does not support windows mobile 6.1 (I was confused to find this out). I had to do a hard reset in order to get it to work. After doing the hard reset, the phone ran as it always did on windows mobile 6 - qwerty keys and all.
