i'm setting up my phone to receive Outlook email from work. When it asks for a password, I need to enter in some capital letters. How can I access the capital letters? The only ones that I can see are small caps. Do you find this valuable?

You should be able to press the * button to change from all lower case to first letter upper case, then to all letters upper case. Do you find this valuable?
