Contact list disappears

Contact list is blank and on soft reset the contact list reappears. I am on my third AT&T 8525 (lost one, dropped one) and all 3 have the same issue. The only thing common to all three is that I upgraded to WM6 and run Windows live. I run it with and without Windows live and have same issues. Any thoughts? AT&T/HTC customer service are not aware of any issues and couldn't help. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

I can't help you. Mine started doing the same exact thing today. I took the sim card out and put it in another phone. When I put it back, the contact list reappeared briefly but then disappeared again.

I have not installed anything new on the phone in quite awhile. Do you find this valuable?

Hmmm, that shouldn't be a problem as I have done the same with my two 8525's and my Tilt and they work fine. Did you install Windows Live to your device and not to a storage card? Also, which version of Live are you using? Lastly, do you san your contact information to your device or the SIM card? 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
