Unlocking Files

Hi, does anyone know how to unlock the files on the x7501, I need to delete some but it keeps saying they are in use. Thanks 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

What files are you trying to delete?
Basically, if you soft reset the device or shut down all running programs using Task Manager, you should be able to delete files.
Do you find this valuable?

Thanks I tried resetting it but it still wont let me delete some windows files like .bmp and .png (I want to overwrite them), any other ideas...TJ
