Can't receive or send multimedia messages...help. Do you find this valuable?

Need more info to help.
What version of the wizard do you have? The MMS Settings are carrier dependant so we need to know who you use to figure out the settings.
Can you connect to the internet on the device (have to be able to since MMS uses the data network for transport)? Do you find this valuable?

I am having the same problem don't know what wizard I have but I am with movistar and can connect to internet Do you find this valuable?
