t mobile shadow

i just recieved this phone for christmas....excellent phone! this morning i take my phone off the charger, it powers up but the display is completely white! i can make and recieve calls but i cant see anything! phone has never been dropped also when i open and close phone it goes from black screen to pure white.....is my display broke?

I had a problem similar to this. T-mobile had me back up all my contacts to the SIM card. Make sure that your memory card (if you have one) is out of the phone. You have to do a master reset. You want to go to Start>Accessories>Clear Storage. Follow all the prompts. It will take a little while but it basically reinstalls everything to factory presets including any backrounds. You will have to reset myfaves if you have that plan, but this does work.

you can try cold boot the shadow just turn phone off make sure your sm card and sd card are out of the phone, when off try holding the call and end call botton at the sametime turn phone on dont let go the bottons till it go's to clearstorge if it works it well ask you to type the code wish is 1234 this well refrish the rom from when you got it, if this dont work try once more, ok if not, you said you got it in december so you still have a year warranty thats if you got the phone from tmobile just call them tell them whats happening dont say no more ask for a replacement thay well have to send you one no matter what make sure thay over right the shiping cost to, i had three replacements so far but i have the dash,
