Feb 1 2008, 5:23 PM EST I didn't have a problem setting my location to Ottawa, CA. Is your location, or a location near to your not available? 1 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |

May 23 2008, 5:17 PM EDT I had the same problem on my HTC touch dual but there is an answer! http://www.htc-touch-info.com/en/weather/ P.S. If you have the location on your list but its downloading the data use only the second part of the explination found on the page, the one with PocketHosts. 1 out of 2 found this valuable. Do you? |

RE: Htc weather
May 24 2008, 9:48 PM EDT Is there a way to change the weather city on the HTC TyTnII? I tried the Touch suggestion above, but it didn't work. The file name is: _HH_409_WeatherCities.xml and is 233.2KB. Trying to edit this file returns this message: Error, file too big! Max 64K are supported! 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |

RE: Htc weather
Jul 14 2008, 3:30 PM EDT Same issue overhere. I can't edit the file because its more then 64K. Besides of that, when I uncheck the readonly flag, and look again at the flag (using total commander) it checked again. I think in Windows Mobile6.1 this file is in ROM (on HTC TYTN-2). I also can't find PocketHosts for my device. Do you have a link somewhere ? Do you find this valuable? |
