I think that this phone is not a very good phone i have had mine for three months and im very unhappy with it its always freezing and the battery doesnt last 0  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

My battery lasts as long as I dont use the mp3 player, but I think it sould get better. I have tons of issues with it frezzing and glitches in the system. Do you find this valuable?

I agree. My battery drained to one bar within 4 hours on the first day I had it. I took it back to the Tmobile store that sold it to me and the other guy (not the guy who sold it to me) told me to turn off the settings for checking email and updates constantly and to set them to manual. That helped a lot. I would get down to about 2 bars by the end of the work day and then I'd charge it on the way home and then at home and it would be ok.
The freezing part???? Well, my first Shadow only lasted 7 months. Then it started freezing and the keypad wouldn't work so I couldn't text or receive or make calls unless it randomly decided to work. Tmobile told me because it was under warranty I could get another one but they couldn't guarantee it would be new, it could be "refurbished." So, what could I do? I couldn't afford to upgrade and still had 14 mos left on the 22 month contract so I said, "Ok." They sent me another one and then tried to charge me $10 to ship it to me!!! Finally they waived it. The second one??? Well that lasted 8 months and now it's freezing, the screen is turning black, the right soft key and the upper back button DO NOT WORK AT ALL and the left soft key freezes from time to time so I can't send a text. I can't get into any menus or into sent folders or anything. I can't delete or erase my email settings for when I send it back. Tmobile is sending me another one. So this will be my 3rd Shadow. I have 7 more months on the contract. Good thing because this phone only lasts 7 mos. HTC was NO help and I was told that my described problems were not "known problems" and they had heard NOTHING from Tmobile as to any of my issues. They said they could repair my phone for between $100 and $200. NO WAY. I only paid $99 on the upgrade and it keeps breaking every 7 months!
