i forgot my password and i have tried to hard reset about 7 times now.
how long should i hold it?

Hard reset is the only way.

Make sure you're following the instructions exactly but it should only take about 15 seconds to execute the hard reset. Make sure you're following these instructions for the hardware reset and DO NOT LET GO of the side buttons (comm manager and voice command) until you see the screen telling you it's going to delete everything.

Hi.. i forgot my password. i tried to retrive it. but it gets time increased..and increased. is there any way to..unlock the password..without doing hard reset.. ?
