Bad and slow video on my Tilt (ATT)

I have new phone and it is real bad when using camera and watching video (games also). It is like a $75 phone, not good. How can I fix my problem. I paid good money $500 USD for phone that was going to be great but indeed it lacks in the area of videos and shoppy camera actions. Please help me. 11  out of 12 found this valuable. Do you?
