24 hrs. after downloading Sprint's Mobile Email prgm. I started getting cprog.exe errors every time I received email or text msgs. I did a soft reset and no more problems. By the way Sprint's Mobile Email is totally worth it. It works the same as Blackberry, but for Windows-based phones. I get alerts for new email. Click and it shows which accts. Click again to read them. During setup I chose how often to auto download to my phone. Mobile Email is a free download and usage is free if you already have a data plan. "And to think I was about to buy a Blackberry!" Sorry about the plug, but everybody on here has the HTC - right?! Here's another shameful plug - I downloaded pandora.com to livestream free internet radio to my HTC (and laptop). Oooh baby! It works wonderfully - now where's the headphone jack?
