The only way i know of doing this with a mobile device is with a Nokia 9500 communicator. I used it before going to wm. I had a seprate number from att. it was called mobile fax in the options i think??? yes, the Nokia did have a fax modem so it worked with a seprate number, it knew when you were reciveing regular call or a fax. anyway it comes in very usuful when you need to send a fax to a number out of state, and you do not want to get charged long distance charges from your home fax. It worked very well for me. I miss it. I went to a local fax/copy center and they charged 90 cents per page! I am now using the htc advantage. wish it had that option. Do you find this valuable?

The problem seems to be finding fax software that works with newer version of windows mobile. I can find all kinds of stuff for 2003 or wm5 but not 6 or 6.1 and none of the ones I've tried work with either my old TITAN or my new Touch Diamond. Checking handango now though. I don't mind paying for programs if they are well written. Do you find this valuable?

For me the fax software would allow me to turn any fax machine into a printer for my touch pro :-) Do you find this valuable?
