8525 Back up phone contacts
If your using the new 6.1 drivers for Vista lok at the Configuration and it will show a link on the right bottom that says >>more<< Hit it and set you system to tell the phone to send to the computer and phone. Also if you us Outlook 2007 you can move all of your Outlook contacts to a new folder and set it up in outlook the the main contact folder will be for the cell phone. I have done it and it has saved my B**t several times when I have to pull the battery.
I have a 1 gig mem card and can't get the contacts to stay in the memory area...

Performing a Hard Reset on a Sprint HTC Touch Pro Phone
I just got off the phone with Sprint and they walked me through doing this for my HTC Touch Pro. Here is what I did:
1) Open the phone dialer and enter ##786#
2) This opens a statistics screen with a bunch of info
3) in the lower right hand corner, click menu, then choose "Reset"
4) A pop-up will open asking for a code. They told me to enter "838424"
Once I did that the phone reset back to ORIGINAL. I mean *everything* you installed or changed will be GONE and all of the original apps will be reinstalled. I had been playing around and accidentally deleted a Sprint TV file and this restored it. Of course I had to resynch to get all my contacts and reload my pictures and ringers, but if you want to restore your phone to factory, this should work.
The only thing is that I would be wary of is the code they gave me to enter (838424). It's possible that this could have been specific to my account.

Your touch phone comes with a little usb hud.-The hub has a usb port that you plug into the car for 12 volt power.-The second bi-lateral connection is for audio sound.
First problem> the connection for sound is smaller than the standerd head set plug. Resolution>>> a doudle male plug that is compatible on one end to the htc hub
.>on the other end you have a male plug that connects to a car aux input. (this plug is the same as a sterio head set)
Next--1>goto www.usliveradio.com on your phone. find the radio station that you want to listen to. Stop slow down and read frist for proper installation!!
2>I recommend that you first view this site on a computer before you hit your phone. reason being is that this web site is not written for mobile device.
Now viewing this web site on your phone is simply converted by: Clicking menu on the bottom right hand side, then select "view" on the bottom of your phone and choose "one column".
3>After you have located the radio station choose the highest connection speed possible (example 128 wanna be HD RADIO) STOP!!! KEEP READING FIRST. SELECT and hold down the 128kbs short cut. after the windows opeans select the option to save to favorits. Name it what you want. Is this all necesary? yes this way you have your driver save in favorites. Your done after you activate your favorite free radio station. Your only limit tation is CELLUAR service and the old days of am radion turning off under over passes are over (XM and SIRUS is amplafied am frequency) Remeber that this broadcast will come from microsft player and needs to buffer first. then if your uncontent with the radio stations commercial simply hit the tiny little world on the bottom middle left side and choose your favorites before microsoft loads on the web page. If you choose to microsoft load selection and you like them, "please by all means sit back a get the best service availble.

" No, I have not come across any software that randomizes ringtones. Boy, I have a hard enough time choosing a ringtone that is both work appropriate and I can distinguish in a crowd. Why would you always want to be guessing whether that is your phone ringing? : )

" These phones ,as you know, do not have the ability to pick up over the airwaves signals all the Tv apps like Mobi tv and the such just connect you to pre-packaged cable network internet broadcasts. Some local networks also broadcast there own shows over the internet and can be watch on your browser. Try" googling " mobile tv and choose the software and package that is right for you and your phone.
