I just got the Pure last week and I love it. the size the features are all great. It's taking a litle bit to find some things with the new window but that is nothing compare to how great this phone is. It looks like HTC finally got it right!

"are you sure they got it right. i want to know if you have this problem try it out. take a video with the phone email it to you desktop or laptop and try to view the video i got mine on thursday and i cant get anything to work to veiw it and hear the sound along with it. the only program i can see video is vlc but no audio................. help me out if you have found the way to the promise land. i bought the phone for this reason and i will end up taking it back if theres no way. called att tec sup and they had no idea and they sent me to htc tech sup and they told me to come on here" I just tried the video and it worked fine. When I synced the phone I went into explore and did a copy and paste (needed to convert from mobile) to a folder on my computer and when I double clicked it, it opened in quicktime and viewed flawlessly.
