My aunt gave me a trin100 pocket pc running a German version of the O.s. When I checked out the support center of htc to download english version of the o.s I couldn't find (trin100) model. The model that comes out is HTC P3600i and the image is exactly the same. They always ask for a serial number but every time I key in the serial number from the phone, It does not support it.
Can you guys help me out? =(

I just received my TP2 & in setting up my email accounts, I notice there is a default to set up AOL & Gmail accounts via IMAP, I prefer POP personally as I use Microsoft Entourage on my computer to receive mail & my computer is always on. Once the mail picks up from Entourage, using IMAP on the phone, the mails show up as 'read' already....I can't distinguish which mails are new or old at that point. Using POP, the mails always came in as new whether or not my computer picked up the mail from the servers. SO.....how do I override the automatic setting on the TP2 so I can set my mail up using POP? It defaults every time to IMAP whereas my older HTC T-Mobile Wing (Windows Mobile 5.0) gave the choice for every email setup whether you wanted to do it manually or not.
Someone PLEASE help, T-Mobile had no clue, I don't know who at HTC I can ask!!

i have htc p3400i and i have installed wi-fi software but when i came into wi-fi network my mobile displays message like your network card is not installed.

I bought an Artemis before eight months from a sale offer in Saudi Arabia. It does not have enough memory, its ROM Version is that which cannot be upgraded (I THINK). Just I am thinking to upgrade my Artemis to Windows Mobile 6, but I can not find the ROM version 1.12.415.1 for upgrading. Please help.

I used to own an 8125 but recently upgraded to a tilt. I never was able use the wifi in my 8125, for some reason I could not pass the settings screen. I would like to be able to learn how to do it right (and not be charged by att), and take advantage of this great feature. Does anyone know of a website or could give me some instrcutions? By the way, I am very ignorant when it comes down to electronic gadgets, but it's time to learn. Thanks.

I just noticed about a week or two ago that my task and calendar reminders don't remind me of upcoming appointments anymore. I hadn't had a lot of appointments so it wasn't so bothersome...but now I need to be reminded of certain things, and it isn't reminding me. It reminds me on my computer (using outlook 2002) but I am rarely at my computer when I need the reminders (during the day at work). Everything that should be activated is...any suggestions? I saw somewhere on this site that there is a registry key that might be missing. Anyone know where that was exactly? Also, I'm thinking of the Spb diary. Anyone using it? Like it? Thanks!

I read that Win Mobile 6 support javascript and so ajax. However when I use my htc PDA with win mobile 6 I cannot make sites that use javascrip work. If I access the site http://slingfive.com/pages/code/browsercaps/requestBrowser_info.aspx I see that JavaScript = False ... so it is disbled.
How can I enable javascript in the brower so I can make much more sites works on my PDA? Thanks Enzo
