"I can't get my 2125 to open when I click on the explor link, so how am I to transfer info from my phone to my computer or the other way around? Please help!!!!"

If you cant get the Explore Option is AS to open, you could try:
Delete the partnership and re-create.
Removing and reinstalling Acticesync on your PC.
Use a memory card to move files from your PC to device (vice versa) provided you have a storage card reader.

depends on where you start. if you're searching via your smartphone explorer: back up to the top-most directory ../ and there should be a directory called "storage card". if via windows active sync: click on the active sync's "explore" button and click "My windows mobile based device", and there should be a folder under there called "storage card"
