Transfer Files with ActiveSyncThis is a featured page

If you want to quickly transfer files from a desktop computer to a storage card or vice versa, ActiveSync has a quick drag-and-drop method that is simple to use.

  1. Connect the device to the computer and establish an ActiveSync session.
  2. Click the Explore icon in ActiveSync.
  3. Click the My Windows Mobile-Based Device icon.
  4. Click the Storage Card folder.
  5. Drag and drop any files between the computer and the device.

You can move files to locations other than the Storage Card as well. Keep in mind that placing files in device folders will take up device memory.
