I bought htc touch dual not more then 2 weeks ago. Even the spare stylus broke from its top while using it. Has anyone share same issue? Or i got cheated from the seller with fakes?
From the point it broke, when I look carefully, it seams to me like as it was made to be broken.

I got my HTC touch Dual, but unfortunately its in CHINESE, is there anyway to change the language into English?

Pretty simple problem, but cannot figure out nor see in manual where the fix is for the problem whereby i send an sms and phne defaults to predictive text, I change it to normal text lettering, then when i go to send another sms later it has defaulted back to predictive txt, this is frustrating me to bits!

Hi
Just got my touch dual, and would love to get it to pair to my dell latitude laptop but it just refuses. I can make inital connection but then it seems to drop within 5 seconds. I know the bluetooth on the laptop is fine as I can pair with a Nokia N80/6300. Any ideas as to what is going on. Thanks

my htc touch keeps on freezing. it happens once or twice a day. after it goes into standby mode there is no way to wake it up other than a soft reset. doesn't happen every time, but enough it gets annoying. btw, when it freezes anyone calling you gets an "out of reach" message while you have no idea thinking your phone is only in standby. if anyone has an idea as to what is causing this or a possile fix i would much appreciate it.

I don't want to get into a debate whether the Touch is better than the iphone. I do believe Apple has always been more user friendly than microsoft which is why this I'm curious about this company:

Today, 8:46 PM EST Don't rush out and buy this phone for the 3g network it will not work unless someone can change the Frequency from 2100 MHz to 1900 MHz (rogers) HTC has told me the 3g network on this phone will not work there must be a way! someone please step up and help! everything else on the phone works great! if anyone can help me out please send me a reply I regret buying this before i read the small print Don't make the same mistake i did Network HSDPA/UMTS: 2100 MHz <<<<<<----------North American works on 1900 MHz HSDPA: Up to 384kbps for upload and 3.6Mbps for download UMTS: Up to 384kbps for upload and download GSM/GPRS/EDGE: Tri-band 900, 1800, and 1900 MHz (The device will operate on frequencies available from the cellular network) PS: if there is anyone wants to buy this off me just let me know Canada

in the spec for nike (htc touch dual) it says No built in WiFi connection - microSD WiFi Cards available
anyone tried it out, and could possibly tell me if it works and how it fits (as in does it protrude out of the phone when its inserted) i couldnt find it anywhere for sale here in iceland, does anyone know about a store in denmark ?

Hi !
Last month I have bought the HTC Touch Dual for my business and I have kind of screen issue. Sometime, not everytime, when I am working on my HTC, the screen just turn off and the action I was doing is stopped, I need then to press the power button to have the screen back where I was.... I have also received free from T-Mobile the same phone branded MDA with the T-Mobile signature... what is also weird is that the screen backlight is lighter on the MDA rather than the HTC ???? both are on the maximum brightlight... Any had the same issue ? Thanks InKo

on the 7th day I have returned my Touch Dual to Telstra.
The audio dissapears, Voice cammand jams in the loop "say a command" and wont stop saying it, Bluetooth kept connecting and disconecting from the H/F kit the phone takes excessively long time to connect calls. The phone was returned in the first week , Telstra's new policy effective January 2008, Phone to be returned and sent for evaluation 6 day turnaround. and a loan phone supplied. Nice huh. gone are the days of a replacement phone. 2 days later the phone was replacedwith the latest batch. I am yet to pick it up as i'm interstate this week.

i just bought a HTC Touch Dual. I come from Singapore. When i want to adjust the days to highlight which day for my alalarm to ring. The days are in this sequence:
n n e d u i t i've no idea which day stands for Mon or Tue... can anyone help? thanks!
