I am wondering if anyone has had this problem or know how to fix it-When I make or receive a call I can not hear the person on the other end, They say they can hear me...I recently found out that if I put phone on speakerphone there does not seem to be any problems. Phone is HTC Dash...Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I am on my second HTC Touch Pro as the first one just got replaced due to faulty software. I have read these forums for over 6 months and thought I would ask a few questions which I cannot find the answer too.
Is there anyway to change the text color option? I have downloaded Themes but it still has this baby blue factory text color, it is very light and would like to get rid of it. Also, I have read that these phone should come with a Yahoo Messenger download, but alas mine does not. There is no "Messenging" in my Programs, just "Messenger" for windows live. Does this mean my company does not support it? Or how do I get this application since it obviously exists just is not on my phone. Thank you for your help!

Using my microsoft sync in my Ford or the Jawbone headset - using the voice commands to make a call - it starts the call - then looses the pairing/connection while the phone continues to dial - then when it connects there is no audio. anyone else having this problem? Any ideas?

my mobile sync connection with USB connection worked fine up until 2 days ago. Can't get my htc touch diamond to be a recognized connection on my computer to sync info. It makes the sound like it is connected, but then says it is not connected on the screen. Tried all that is listed in the mobile sync help screen and it still doesn't work...help!

I have an HTC Mogul 6800. Tonight, while using the camera flash as a flashlight to clean up after the fireworks show, the flash suddenly turned off. I exited the camera, reopened the camera and turned the flash on again. After about 2 minutes, the flash turned off again. I exited the camera an the reopened the camera only to find that the button or symbol to turn on the flash was no longer there...it disappeared! I did a soft reset and still no flash icon/button/symbol. I plugged the phone into the charger (thinking that perhaps the flash is not available if the batery is below a certain percent) and still no flash option. Could the LED have burned out on my 1 week old phone...? Highly unlikely (I think). Has anyone else come across this problem? I searched through the camera settings and didn't find any options dealing with the LED flash. Any help appreciated.

Thanks to another member I can take this complete;y apart and get to the springs- but I dont know how the springs should go? Should there be two small springs or did mine break into two pieces ? does anyone have a pic or idea how to fix the springs?

I have a HTC touch phone running on windows mobile 6. It has a major problem with wifi connectivity.It hardly connects to a wifi router for 5 mins and then disconnects. Is Is there any solution to this problem? has anybody else too encountered the same issue ?

I am unable to configure my outlook e-mail to remotely update messages (send receive is only active when connected by cable to PC). To get my messages remotely (via Edge) I had to create a new POP3 account. Now when I Activesync, it syncs to the original outlook so I have duplicate emails on my HTC. Can anyone help?

Isn't this phone supposed to pick up audio streams? First went to ketr.org, which launched WM but got an error message. Then to kluv.com and got a white screen with nothing on it. So I used my laptop and the homepage is kluv.itmftp.com. So I entered that address on the Touch and got a white screen with "FTP home page-Intertechmedia, LLC." On my laptop, both streams work.
Can't log into my Facebook account. I get to log in and when I push the center button nothing happens. Same thing when I tried to log into the regions.com branch/ATM locator.

I got a Tilt and i am using T-mobile for service. i got the settings changed but I am having a problem getting secure websites on the phone. does anyone have an answer to this problem. everything else is working great i can send messages and get messages. i can access the internet just not secure sites

I was able to sync my Mogul with my PC very quickly. However, I want to sync my contacts and tasks in Outlook with my Mogul. I use Outook, but we do not use Exchange.
Can I sync my Mogul with my Outlook client, or do I need an Exchange server? Thanks!

updated my 8525 to WM6. yesterday. although it went smooth, my reception has decreased. Where i used to have 4 bars i now have 2-3 and where it was weak, i now have none. Any patches or help with this issue? help.

My 8125 is having troubles answering incoming calls. Sometimes I hit the answer button and the call is not answered. Sometimes I hit the answer button and there is a delay, then the call is answered. This is happening irrespective of signal strength.
It seems that the device is overloaded and reacting too slow to answer the calls. Please help.

My family and friends have been complaining that when I answer their calls with my Bluetooth (Motorola HS850) they hear this loud noice. I do hear the beep noice, but it is not loud in my end. Any suggestion how to fix this problem?

How do you dial a phone name, such as 1-800-GoDepot? The Nokia E62 has a button to press that converts the letters to the correct numbers. On the Blackberry, I believe that you press the shift key. Is there a way to do this on the 8525?
