I've heard a rumour that this phone contains a GPS chip, but it doesn't seem accessible by any GPS-enabled software. Anyone know if this is true?
Also, any updates or idea if WM6 will be provided for the phone? I'm pretty happy with mine so far, but I do miss the VGA screen from my Dell Axim X50v. This phone is much faster and more responsive than the Dell, though it had a faster processor, under WM5. Besides phone features, I use the camera quite a bit, also read books with MobiPocket Reader, and listen to Audiobooks with Audible.com's AudiblePlayer. I have SPB Phone Suite and Mobile Shell installed, along with PocketInformant as a PIM replacement. MKS |

When I set inside SETTINGS / POWER to "Turn off device if not used for...", I can not turn my phone back even if I press for many seconds the Power switch.
I need to remove battery and reboot. Is there a bug or how do we reboot it back?
Do you find this valuable?

I've tried to change the "Services" setting, to enable this - but it never works. This drives me nuts, because for some reason, why I get incoming calls which were from long-distance non-Contacts - they go into the phone history list within the "1", and so trying to dial them from the list is an excercise in frustration.

If any of you have ever missed calls on your P4000 it's because the phone data service is on 1x. Edvo and wifi allow calls and data to operate at the same time but 1x uses the same phone connection as your phone does. EVDO and WiFi is like dsl and cable modem ..and 1x is like dialup can't be on phone when connected to net. So here is my question... Is it possible to dissable 1x entirely from data schemes available to phone?? or at least make it selectable?? I'd rather have no data than miss calls... anyone please e-mail me or post here...
