I've had my S621 for about 4 months. It has worked great and I really like the phone. But two days ago, the phone started being on speakerphone all the time. I have no Idea why. I have not turned on the speakerphone. When on a call, if you go to the menu button, speakerphone is not on. You can turn it on and there is no difference.
My cell provider doesn't have any answers. I have tried a hard and soft reset and it didn't help. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks. Mike.

Stupid question I'm sure, but how do I delete multiple messages from my Inbox.
SMS is getting slow as Inbox and Sent Items have a lot in them, do I have to delete one by one? Cant work out a way to select more than one (or even select all). Is it in there somewhere? Tks! Matt

Hi this is about my T-Mobile Dash it was perfectly working fine for almost a year but since this march 2008 and this is the 3rd replacement form t mobile and I have tried with the new battery before replacing the phone. but still it dosent matter. i have stopped asking for the replacement form T-Mobile because it dosent solve the problem, i have read some forums that it may be the battery problem, but i tried thaat too or is it possible i got an bad battery. the phone simply turns off when i am on the phone or even start the web than after 5-6 minutes i need to restart it or plug the charger in it. should i try with another battery or is there a solution for this. thanks in advance if some can help

I've had my dash for all of 1 day now. I upgraded to Windows Mobile 6 with no problems. But I just turned the Dash off, and when I turn it back on, it freezes on the second T-mobile screen, right after the Windows Mobile Screen. I can't do anything at all. Has this happened to anyone else. Is there a fix?

When I try to start my camera, it says " Unable to initialize camera. Failed to set up the camera device." I've tried the soft and the hard reset and nothing seems to work. Anyone know what to do?

Didn't really find a search feature here, so someone my have already asked this Q. Basically wanted to know if anyone has used the new Sandisk 4GB MicroSD card in their Dash. I was seeing some reports online where people were saying that it did NOT work:

Guys: I have problem with e-mail, once while, when I looking my e-mail from Dash, I can see the title of the e-mail I received, but when I click on it to see detail it went blank. When that happened, it also affect text message. I can see I received text message and then when I click on it to see detail it went blank, so I can to Cool Boost to reset the phone againt. Can anyone tell me when I can do on it?

For some reason I no longer have any sound, so that the only way I know I have a call is vibrate mode. I have checked the settings, and my profile is normal. When I check the sound options within settings, selecting a particular sound does nothing. Is the Dash speaker shot? Are there other settings that I have not considered? Thanks.

whats up...i had my tmobile dash for a while...but i never really spent time time with it..i synced it to my computer and what not..i did the normal basics...i want to know...how do i used my own mp3s as my text message tones...does anyone have any solutions? if so...email me..or reply to this thread...my email is raazali89@hotmail.com...in the subject area...put reply to tmobiledash problem...or a discription..

First of all i have to say that our of the dozens of cellphones I have owned over the years, the Dash BY FAR comes the closest of those I've had to meeting my needs. Occasionally, however, I come across a bug, or at least what I think is a bug. It could be very well that I am just not doing something correctly. Either way I NEED HELP!
Here's the problem: When trying to set up internet or GPRS settings, I am unable to enter a DOT...as in 192.168.1.1 but instead the phone only allows me to enter colons as in 192:168:1:1 . No matter what i have tried so far I have been unable to set up these IP addresses. Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated. Heck,, I'd even settle for a "work around"! Just so you know the "period" works fine with other areas of the phone like in emails or text messaging.....

I have a problem with the volume being too low and i cant seem to get the volume strip to work, when i try to turn it up it goes down.Is there a way to disable the volume strip and keep the volume the same?It is very hard to listen to someone on the phone and trying to adjust at the same time.
Also how do you turn on the speaker phone?

I saw t-mobile will have a 3g network in midoctober. Does anyone know if the Dash will be able to access the high speed network or is it just aimed at the android phone and newer phones?

I have had a Dash for about 9 months and upgrading to WM6 a couple months ago. The battery drains very sporadic but once it starts to drain, it seems to drain REALLY FAST, within a hour or so. I've replaced the battery. Same issue. I've replaced the phone. Same issue. I've made sure I don't have WiFi on or bluetooth. Made sure Task manager is empty. Sometimes it will work for a couple days with lots of programs running. Other times, it leaves the house in the morning fully charged and is dead by lunch. The only consistent problem is when it drains, I can tell the phone is running hot. Although task manager doesn't show anything unusual. But it appears to me like a memory leak in WM6. Any ideas or similar issues? Thanks.

How do I activate T9 to input Chinese Simplified and Russian characters on the S620? I have seen where it has T9 capabilities, but I cannot figure out how to input anything but English characters. Thanks!
