My phone use to have the continuous reboot and I would just take out the microSD card and it would start up. But now, it gets past Windows Mobile screen to the T-Mobile load screen an that is where mine freezes. I already had the cracked screen that I've paid for, so I refuse to pay to fix this phone again. I hope I can figure out an answer.

Hi! I have a Windows T Mobile 5.0 OS5.1.342 (build 15097.3.0.1). It was used in the USA. My brother sent it to me. I live in Bangladesh (South Asia). Now when I insert a sim it displays Simlock. Now how could I get rid of that. Please help me.

i just recieved a new phone because my other dash broke and i just got it today but all the contacts got erased but i dont know how to get the contacts ii had before back if anyone could help me on how to get my contacts back

Does anyone have a suggestion for a blue tooth headset that I can use to listen to music on my Dash while I am working out? I don't want to invest in something that is not going to work.

The WiFi on my dash doesn't seem to work. I connect to the network, secured i put in WEP key, everything is right, and unsecured is all good too, but when i go to internet explorer, and i type in www.google.com, it says....locating....opening....and it just keeps loading and says opening without the page ever coming up. Even if i have 4 bars, and i have fios internet so it shouldn't take long, but i left it there once, and i came back and hour later and it said, error contacting server. Although all my computers in my house work. I tried formating it and upgrading software. Nothing!
anybody know how to fix it /having the same problem?

Stupid question I'm sure, but how do I delete multiple messages from my Inbox.
SMS is getting slow as Inbox and Sent Items have a lot in them, do I have to delete one by one? Cant work out a way to select more than one (or even select all). Is it in there somewhere? Tks! Matt

My windows media player worked initially and now I can't hear any of the audio that's playing. How can I fix it so that I can hear music again?

I am not a tech wizard, so any help is extremely appreciated. Is there a way to move contacts on my dash to the memory card? I am planning on doing a hard reset, but don't want to lose my contacts. I have a 1G card. Thanks for the help.

Has anyone found a way to download the SMS/MMS (text messages) off the Dash? T-Mo tech support was no help at all. I could possibly pull them off if they were on the SIM, but believe the messages are stored on the local phone memory. My old nokia had software to strip the messages off for "backup". Any thoughts???

I've had my S621 for about 4 months. It has worked great and I really like the phone. But two days ago, the phone started being on speakerphone all the time. I have no Idea why. I have not turned on the speakerphone. When on a call, if you go to the menu button, speakerphone is not on. You can turn it on and there is no difference.
My cell provider doesn't have any answers. I have tried a hard and soft reset and it didn't help. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks. Mike.

Hi this is about my T-Mobile Dash it was perfectly working fine for almost a year but since this march 2008 and this is the 3rd replacement form t mobile and I have tried with the new battery before replacing the phone. but still it dosent matter. i have stopped asking for the replacement form T-Mobile because it dosent solve the problem, i have read some forums that it may be the battery problem, but i tried thaat too or is it possible i got an bad battery. the phone simply turns off when i am on the phone or even start the web than after 5-6 minutes i need to restart it or plug the charger in it. should i try with another battery or is there a solution for this. thanks in advance if some can help

So I am new to the T-Mobile Dash and I am having some trouble with the phone. When I type a name in from the home screen, the contact section comes up. The problem is I'll type in SAN and suddenly it will ask me did I mean "Slaivin." It does it with many of the names in my phone and I would rather have it off. Is there a way?

I saw t-mobile will have a 3g network in midoctober. Does anyone know if the Dash will be able to access the high speed network or is it just aimed at the android phone and newer phones?

Good day all.
I was looking and was not successful in my search. I want to be able to view both the sent and recieved msg's that I have send with out going to a different folder. Basically is there any way to view the recieved and sent in the inbox? As always Thanks in advance for the help.

I have the T-Mobile Dash. Its really good phone but i have to charge it once every day or 2 days and i only use it for maybe 2 hours of wi-fi/games/apps..etc a day. i go to school with battery at %100 and then come back after 6 hours of standby the battery is at %60 or %50. also sometime the amber light turns on and the charging sign is active when my phone is not even charging. is this a battery or phone problem.

I upgraded the version on my dash and since then, whenevr I reboot, I have to do without the micro SD card inserted.
Btw, I upgraded with the card inserted as well.

My Dash is slower than molasses and it's all because it has no memory, and I can't figure out what's eating it all up.. When I go into Task Manager (constantly) to stop all applications, it still says I only have 600KB of free memory with ZERO applications running!!! It even says this after refreshing. The Program Memory seems to be the problem. When I check System Info in Task Manager, the Storage Memory says 20 MB free, but the Program Memory says only 600KB free. What the hell is using 43MB of Program Memory?? I don't even use internet, email, or any 3rd party applications. I use the phone for calls, texting and calendar, and that's all it can handle..
After my phone freezing up enough times I brought my phone to a t-mobile store and they could only suggest a storage card to free up memory (useless). So I got a 1GB storage card and I only have 4MB of pictures on it. There doesn't seem to be a way to default save your contacts or text messages to your storage card, and you cant set music on your storage card as ringtones unless it is copied to the device's internal storage (pointless). i could only find out how to do default storage to the card with the camera (which can't launch anymore because there's NEVER enough program memory!) SO DUMB!! Can anyone PLEASE help me free up Program Memory?? What's the hidden magical Microsoft trick? I've also tried rebooting a few times, but i'm scared to do it again because 50% of the time the phone freezes and can't turn back on!
