Start Calendar in Month View
Here's what you do:
1) Explore the files on your phone through ActiveSync and go to "\Windows"
2) Find the "Calendar" file (it's a shortcut, but doesn't show the ".lnk" extension)
3) Drag the file to your desktop (turn on viewing of hidden files if you don't already)
4) Change the properties of the file to turn off the Read-Only flag.
5) Open the file in Notepad. The contents should look something like this:
8) You may also want to update the shortcut under "\Windows\Start Menu".
