I bought a jabra 5020 head set and it doesn't have the headset feature to enable music to play. My jabra 620 worked just fine. So i was wondering if anyone has a specific model they like that is small and only goes on one ear that works with this phone as a headset for music and not just hands-free for the phone. thanks

I have tried working with sprint, but am getting no real response. I am having a problem setting up a pop3 email account. The account will work perfectly if I am using the WiFi connection. However, as soon as I go to the sprint network, I can only receive messages, but not sent them. I get the following error: “The message(s) could not be sent. Check that you have network coverage and that your account information is correct. Then try sending again” I have ROM version 2.09.651.3 dated 6/14/07 so I believe I am up to date on revisions. I tried 2 separate accounts thru two separate carriers, and the same problem exists. Any help would be appreciated.

Skype over sprint 3g network?
hi, i'm interested in skyping over the 3g data plan specifically, not just wi-fi. has anyone actually achieved this solution in practice? i'm interested in SKYPE over the data plan from SPRINT on the HTC TOUCH (SPRINT) or MOGUL (PPC-6800), or if the touch or mogul cannot, any sprint phone. has anyone had any success with that application over 3g data? if not directly thru skype mobile, then thru one of the 3rd part clients, iskoot, fring, nimbuzz, shape, cellity or any others perhaps? what would you recommend? best regards and thanx, tonyscarbone@hotmail.com

I tried to set up some email accounts and realized it wasn't working because I put in wrong password etc..
now I can't take the account off of my phone .... how do I remove the account off of my phone... it is stored in there and taking up space even though it won't work because I can't change the information in the setup i just want to delete if off my phone and start over but I don't see a way of taking it off of my phone help.. it is taking up space and now... my phones tells me I used up all of my space to setup email accounts

I have an HTC Mogul through Sprint and want to sync it to my Mac. By sync I mean transfer my contact list, pictures, and MP3s in between the two. How do I do that?!?! Please help!

I have a message stuck in my outbox that will not delete and will not move to sent (or anywhere else for that matter). I am looking for ideas on how to remove this message. Every time I sync or power off the message automatically sends. Needless to say I am far down on that persons Christmas list right now.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I just got my mogul about 6 months ago. i think I dropped it about 3 times but was in a hardshell case. I the first fall, i dropped it and the screen flipped open. 2nd time the screen would wiggle when it flipped open, then the last fall, it fell in between my car console and the seat and totally came apart and was holding together by this golden film. Then my friend detached them trying to be handy. I sent it back and htc said "Un-repairable: Land Damage"
What the heck does that mean!!! Can any one else fix my phone? |

I keep running out of memory when surfing or downloading content. Before the update I was able to manually select how much RAM I wanted to dedicate, does anyone know how to do this now? It used to be a setting either under MEMORY or the old task manager? Any ideas? thanks!

I have an HTC Mogul and would like to use it as a GPS navigator like the Garmins out there. I see in Start, Settings on the system tab there is an icon for External GPS. What do I need to buy and what software do I need. My service provider is Qwest... not sprint. I already looked on www.telnav.com and they said it will not work with my service. Has anyone got this to work? is there a website that has equipment and software that will work.

Screen is Broken, I have text messages that have not been open but are on the phone. I need to retrieve them. Is there anyway i can plug the phone into the computer and retrieve these messages.
