I setup the phone to sync directly with the exchange server and it worked for about 10 hours overnight but now it won't connect. Keep getting 80072eff support code in activesync on the phone. Any ideas

be sure you have updated your network id password. If it has expired or has not been changed depending on security policies you may need to reset this. Also whenever you change your network password you may need to manually change it to match on the device itself.
