I have a computer with MS OS Windows 2000 and running Outlook 2000 SP-3. I can't connect to my 8525 except once a day after start up from a shut down and with everything close. Then it will connect to ActiveSync 4.5. But it seems to connect only once if I’m lucky. After that, I can’t get it to connect again. Restarting or full shut down does not fix the connection issue. What a pain in the ass!
Anybody have any suggestions? Can’t upgrade to XP or newer version of Outlook with this old company computer. Getting a new computer out of our IT may not happen quickly.
