PPC 6700 Applications

Saki Mobile lets you stay connected with friends and information (for free). It includes an RSS reader, avatar IM, Email client, movie ticker system, weather, user profiles, and other features built into one application..The nice thing is that all the features are accessible through desktop tickers and widgets! PocketNow calls its socially networked interface the "MysSpace of mobiles."

Gotomypc.com - remote into a computer from anywhere (good if terminal serving into the computer messes things up like if you use hauppauge card to record tv shows) Chronos - Create several alarms using .wav or .mp3 or .midi files (I use it so my phone TELLS me what time it is on the hour and half hours) winampaq - plays .ogg files which I think sound better than .mp3's and .wma's which seem to be skippy when played on my phone. Pocket TV Browser - download a weeks worth of tv guide info to your phone which is searchable and it will create reminders in your calendar |
