This actually worked pretty well following the directions above. I did have one question though - there is one blank spot on the far right column third row.... any reason for this? Just curious - it would be nice if you could add one more icon in that position.

Also, does anyone know if there is a way to have tmail.exe direct you to a specific messaging category (such as SMS or your E-MAil account)? This would be helpful.

I also noticed that there was no programs for Maps or Weather. I choose to put Microsoft's LiveSearch program in that location for maps since that is what I use for mapping - even though it has more functions it seemed like a good place to put that program. For weather I just linked to the weather.com website. You can do this easily by simply selecting iexplore for the program and add weather.com in the program line information when you add it to the today list of apps. The first time you go to weather.com you will need to input your zip code but you can then set your preferences so that it will remember you. I am sure there are other weather programs but this was an easy way...
I was able to get rid of the Cingular logo in the Wisebar - this can be done by going to the Wisebar settings and at the top menu select button assignments - there you can uncheck "this item is visible" to hide the start menu - but it will still work. It also adds more black space on the taskbar getting it closer to a iphone feel. You can also customize many other items as well - its well worth playing with if you want to change the look and feel of the taskbar.
If you want the clown fish background when using the slide lock - you simply need to replace the wallpaper.jpg file which is located in the \program files\Slide2Unlock\GFX\res\ --- folder. there are two files wallpaper and wallpaperL - you can add you own if you wish...

Well, that's all the playing I have done for now....
