To install the ClearVue Application Suite to the SDA, follow the steps below:

  1. Connect the SDA to the computer and establish an ActiveSync partnership
  2. Insert the Getting Started Disc into the CD-ROM drive
    • If the disk does not auto-run, go to My Computer and double-click on the drive containing the disc to run it.
  3. Click Next to continue
    • The Getting Started Disc will search the computer for Outlook and ActiveSync and prompt the user to install them if necessary.
Note: If you have already gone through this process, the disk will jump to step 5
Install the ClearVue Suite - HTC
  1. Click Next to continue
  2. Click the green ‘Add new programs to my device’ link
  3. Check the box next to the ClearVue Suite option (Figure 1)
  4. Click Next to continue
  5. The Getting Started Disc will begin the installation
  6. Once the installation is complete, Install the ClearVue Suite - HTCyou will be prompted to check your phone for additional steps.
    • If you do not have your device connected via ActiveSync, you will see a message that the program will be installed on the next ActiveSync
  7. Click OK
  8. On the SDA, ensure the application was installed successfully and select Done (Figure 2)
  9. Check the device for the following icons in Start > More

I followed the steps above to install the Clearvue suite, not from disk but from the download off this site, and the icons do not appear in Start > More anywhere. The attachment icons now appear as windows icons, but I still cannot read any of them.

T-Mobile did not include any discs when I received my phone. Rather bothersome IMHO
