Thanks for the help, i tried a hard reset and it works fine now. I hope it holds up until may when i get my 2yr upgrade from sprint

Same symptoms happened to be but after the phone accidentally felt in a swimming pool. I have successfully dismantled it to remove all the moisture, assembled all together and it worked ok for a few weeks, until one day I've found it completely dead. Attaching the charger would make the phone reboot itself repeatedly. I let the phone settle for a whole day. Than the next day I've tried turning in on and it was working fine and so it did for the next few days. Now, out of the blue, with the phone just resting in my desk, I grab it, tried turning it on.. no good. Attaching to the charger shows exactly the same symptoms as before: htc logo appears and the phone reboots itself in an apparently endless loop.
I guess this one is lost.. :(

"2YO Touch is acting up something fierce. Charging is very unreliable, especially from power adapter 100% one minute and 50% the next. Charging turns off unpredictably.

Replace the battery? Or might something else be going wrong?

If the battery is approaching a year old, that is always a good place to start.

Go to Start>Settings>Personal Tab>Input>Word Completion Tab and uncheck the box "Suggest words when entering Text". You may also want to turn off "Enable Auto Correct".

my phone dont have flash wish well be needed to remote via to my disktop, but this is how i can use remote disk to via skyfire and teamviewer, i just got the app for my pc from teamviewer then i went to skyfire web browser from my phone opened teamviewer signed in then had to get the code from my pc from teamviewer log it in and was abile to remote disktop from via skyfire, was abile to open files and others and did a test and opened my webcam and it worked was abile to see my room from my phone via skyfire from teamviewer, not as fast but works, didnt try and file copying dont know if it well work,

Do you have a quality picture of the back of the phone you can provide? Also, if you can provide a picture with the back (battery door) cover off, that would be even more helpful.

Thanks for your reply. My phone is out of warranty and was bought unlocked. The question is what ROM do I use and where do I get it. Can you recommend one?

I am pleased to report that I have had NO SD Card corruption since changing the settings to assure that Windows LiveSearch did NOT use the SD Card for storage or having the program installed on it.

My guess there is an issue with Windows LiveSearch code in accessing the SD card.
