Hi, the screen of my htc diamond stop working correctly. Only the left side is reacting, even touch all over the screen. Try soft and hard reset, but no result.

Hi everyone.
I need your knowledge and your help (tried hard reset with no luck) :) I have one problem (two actually). 1. In the phone settings (Band) when I select Network Type: GSM GSM/UMTS band: UMTS(850+1900)+GSM(850+1900) I loose connection to the network. When I switch GSM/UMTS band: Auto then connection comes back. My GSM provider is TMobile so I assume it should get the connection even when GSM 850+1900 is selected. 2. Unable to make a call. From the dialpad I am unable to make a call. Once I dial the number Phone message window pops uo and it says failed. If I select a number from the existing contacts then it places the call successfully. Let's say I dial the number 5554443333 then it will fail. But if I add this phone number for a contact ABC, then I can either dial 5554443333 or select call from the contacts and call is placed successfully. Phone: Touch Diamond GSM 3G US ROM: 1.93.422.4 WWE ROM date: 08/13/18 Radio: 1.00.25.08 Protocol version: 52.33a.25.17H Appreciate your help.

Hey omg im freaking out ok my problem is this my hpone works perfectly like amazingly when it is not plugged into a power source then theminute i plug it in it goes dead just like that for no reason dead power off i know its not a blacklight thing and iv tried a soft reset they said it was a common problem but couldnt fix it im sure its fixable without sending itto be repaired can somebody please heelp me!!

Hi.
Is there any way to check what bands are supported by the hardware? I sent my phone to HTC repair center and after I got it back I have noticed that Phone settings display one one choice 8500+1900 for frequencies. In the repair center mother board was replaced so not sure if they put wrong hard into the phone or they just installed wrong soft. Is there any way I can verify what frequencies are still supported by the phone? Thank you in advance.

I see where HTC will upgrade the touch diamond 2, but not the touch diamond.

Hi folks....Any leads? There seems to be a streaming internet player on the unit, but it asks for "rtsp://" address & think most of the sites have an "http" address. Help please!!! I have an unlimited broadband internet access plan so no issue.

I bought HTC Touch diamond in India. In many review I have read that it has a secont camera ( Second camera: VGA CMOS color camera ). I do not find second camera in my mobile. In literature that I received with the set(CD) I do not find any mention of a second camera. Surprisingly there is no full lenth pic of the mobile in the users manual of 'bout 258 pages.
Can any one tell me what is the truth. |

googled hours, tried several guides/tweaks but still can't sync my htc t.d. with lotus notes...
- rom 1.93.407.1 ger - win mobile 6.1 (ce os 5.2.19965, build19965.1.2.3) - lotus notes 8.0.1 - active sync 4.5.0 tried easy-sync 4.26 (1031): it's unable to install the mobile-part on the htc... couldn't find just the single cab-file to do this manually. tried several methods to lower the security-configuration (http://www-01.ibm.com/support/docview.wss?fdoc=wplceasy&rs=465&uid=swg21260730) -> nothing... Security Configuration Manager power toy doesn't even indicate my mobile... if it's even working with wm6... nothing about a new version found... thought about trying to sync notes and an outlook (which i first ought to install and run just for this sync-job...) ô.O please no answers like "use product X" if it's not free, please ;P ideas & answers: spamspamspam (add) shared-files (dott) de tyvm

Hi all, i realy need your help on my problem, its been a week or so, since i have diamond, and from the day 1 i was trying to solve this problem. I can not update e mail via gprs or edge, it says error sychronizing. However, it works fine via wifi. And internet is workign fine with gprs conection, so it means the settings are correct, but e mail app keeps giving me this error.
I use unlocked htc diamond us version on the att network? email account on gmail, and some others, none work. Where must be a solution out where please help me

I'm using a HTC Diamond.
I have a few categories in my contacts editor that I never use and want to get rid of. ( such as business, holiday, personal, etc.) How do I delete these categories?? seems that deleting the categories from my MS outlook and synchronizing it with my phone doesnt get rid of them.

The phone stops at "Getting address..." when I click [Menu], [Drive to] from a contact. I don't get any errors it just stops an sits there for ever and if I hit cancel nothing happens. ...I end up having to close out of Sprint Navigation. This happens with all contacts. I'm with Sprint. Is this known to not work?

I synchronized some mpegs from Windows Media Player and the videos show in my Diamond's "Video" album without preview picuture thumbs. The thumb just looks like a Windows Media logo. The only videos that show thumbs with preview pictures are the videos that were taken from the camera. Can I get it to show preview thumbs?

Hello,
topic has been already asked but there was no answer. My Diamond turns black when I make a call. I have to push the upper button to get it on again. Does anyone know how to fix this problem.
