My shadow is almost 2 years old. In the first 6 months the screen cracked when I wiped off some smudges. After I got the new one, the front part separated from the keyboard because the slider is screwed on and all six screws came loose. Nothing is broken - just the screws which are installed from the inside of the phone came out of the holes. HTC said it's out of warranty and want's $90.00 to fix it. I'm not paying to put the screws back in when it's a mnfr. defect. Can I fix it myself?

How do I set up my htc shadow wifi at home if:
I used the zoom x6 adsl router with: Default channel 6 802.11g+b WPA TKIP ???????????????????????????????????????????????

Does anybody know how can can spanish language applications to the Shadow. Since OS is english, there is no way to change language settings, but maybe there is a third party solution to become my shadow spanish-friendly. Thanks for your help in advance

i just recieved this phone for christmas....excellent phone! this morning i take my phone off the charger, it powers up but the display is completely white! i can make and recieve calls but i cant see anything! phone has never been dropped also when i open and close phone it goes from black screen to pure white.....is my display broke?

Does anyone know where I can purchase a extented life battery for my T-Mobile Shadow? I just purchased mine about a week ago. I love the phone, but I run out of battery life. I run out of battery life about mid-day with mine and it usually isn't practical to charge it then.

I just bought a T-mobile Shadow just a few days ago and I also just bought a plantronic 520 bluetooth. For some reason it is not pairing with the shadow. I've done all sorts of stuff to try to get it to work. Can anyone help me?

The phone partners fine, and I can dial and answer without an issue. But the sound of the caller is very poor, and they can't hear me at all. My HTC SDA worked fine with same case, as does a Motorola razor. I'll be returning the phone to Tmobile tomorrow. Hopefully HTC will iron this out.

I just got the Shadow yesterday, and its an awesome phone, except for when i put the 2 GB micro sd card in, it does not seem to recognize it. Any help on why this might be happening would be great, Thank You.
