I bought a Sprint Mogul last Monday and I still don't know to use or find GPS. Can anyone help me? I called technical support and the said I have to pay extra for the navigation system. Is this true? Sprint store is telling me that is included so I don't know anymore. Can some help step by step and also let me know is I need to download an additional software. Thanks a BUNCH!!!!

I dropped my phone today and now the screen has all these horizontal and vertical lines on it. I can't see anything, not the incoming calls...nothing AND my phone was locked and I can't unlock it. Is this fixable or have I killed my phone?

I went to the music store today and purchased a song. I was wondering how I could set it as my ringtone? You should be able to go to the menu when the song is playing and have an option to set as ring tone, but it does not give me that option. Is it possible? Thanks.

I normally use Opera Mini on my Mogul for internet service and last night the service went out and is now asking me to re-enter my Network Log-on. Thing is, I've never had to do this so I don't have the slightest clue on what to put in. I'm not tech savvy at all and my boyfriend is the one who has actually changed everything on my phone. If anybody could help me out, it'd be much appreciated!

My mogul is really messed up now. It started just freezing occasionally and I got the X button and it helped but then it started constantly freezing and would even freeze during soft resets. I have given it several hard rests and the problem persists.
If I bring it to a sprint service station will they replace it even if I don't have phone insurance or should I start it and wait a week before bringing it in. Thanks.

Hi, I need to remove my txt messgs from my phone and save them somewehere else in my computer. Is there a way to pass them (maybe through Synch) to a computer, or maybe to the MicroSD so they can be retreived in a computer?
(I don't want to copy past to Word bc I have tons of mssgs and it will take me forever) Thank you!

I have the Mogul. It's not all bad but leaves something to be desired. Is it me or is the extra software for this phone over priced? And what's the deal of not putting sprint tv on the mogul. Even my treo 700P had that. It came in handy for that CNN quick fix.

I have an HTC Mogul 6800. Tonight, while using the camera flash as a flashlight to clean up after the fireworks show, the flash suddenly turned off. I exited the camera, reopened the camera and turned the flash on again. After about 2 minutes, the flash turned off again. I exited the camera an the reopened the camera only to find that the button or symbol to turn on the flash was no longer there...it disappeared! I did a soft reset and still no flash icon/button/symbol. I plugged the phone into the charger (thinking that perhaps the flash is not available if the batery is below a certain percent) and still no flash option. Could the LED have burned out on my 1 week old phone...? Highly unlikely (I think). Has anyone else come across this problem? I searched through the camera settings and didn't find any options dealing with the LED flash. Any help appreciated.

I recently bought a Sprint Mogul and it turns on the backlight by itself all the time even when it is on sleep mode. I can see it turns on pretty often, maybe transferring data or checking on something. Does anyone knows if I have to worry about this. All I know is that my battery doesn't last long. Any suggestions??? Please help!!!

In the past 2 weeks (since getting the phone) several times the Bluetooth blue light stopped flashing and I lost connection with my BT devices 1st time a dock-n-talk, 2nd time my Sync). The phone's Comm Manager showed Bluetooth as active but no blue light and the devices lost the connection. I stopped the BT, and re-started it and then it started working again.
Do I need some type of update on the phone? Thanks

Hopefully someone can help me out, but I just got the phone yesterday and have been unable to figure out how to increase both the intensity and duration of my alarm. Obviously, I have the volume on, etc. but for some reason when the alarm does go off, it only makes one small beep that is hardly audible. Not only that but it only beeps once per 10-15 sec.
If it helps, all 4 boxes located under my alarm setting has been checked as well (play sound, repeat sound, flash light, and vibrate). Hopefully one of you guys can help. |

Why cannot I hear my music on my bluetooth. I have Sprint HTC Mogul and Ant Z9 bluetooth unit. The music plays on the Mogul but I cnnot get it to my headset. Any Ideas?

i'm having problems with the keyboard backlight. the autosensor was all messed up and it would only come on sometimes... so i decided to take the advice of the other thread and turn the auto sensor off... but i've turned my phone on and off about three times now in the past 5 minutes and even waited for the supposed 5 second delay talked about on the other thread and still no backlight for my keyboard, this makes things ridiculously difficult when texting in the dark.. i've had this phone for about 34 days now... any ideas as to what is up with it?

I have a Sprint Mogul which works fine for me. I have some issues with the webpage from my job. That page opens several frames (similar to pop-ups) at the same time. it seems the software on this phone cannot handle it.
Do anyone have a similar situation. It does not let me watch videos on youtube, but that I can handle. |

Has anyone been having problems synchronizing hotmail with their ppc6800 using windows live? I've done everything Sprint told me to do, what microsoft told me to do, and what HTC told me to do. Still it won't work. I can connect to messenger through my phone, but can't seem to download the e-mail. Everytime it says sync failed. Or Server didn't respond.
I've tried: Hard Resetig on my device. Changing account options in Windows live services. Uninstalling and Installing active sync 4.5. Clearing the password on my pda and logging in again. Changing users. Changing contact pictures in my PC for Windows live. Name everything told in other forums, and I've done it. It still won't work, and no one can help me. Has this happened to anyone else? I would appreciate your help! I use my e-mail for work, so I'm kind of desperate.
