Try as I may, I can not figure out how to do this. Maybe it just isn't an option? But with every other phone I have ever had, when I got a new text message, regardless of what setting the phone was on (ring/vibrate/silent/etc) the screen would light up when I received a text. My Fuze does not do this, and I miss that feature. A lot of times I have the phone on silent (like when I'm at work all day), and I never know if I've gotten a new a new message unless I keep taking the phone out of sleep mode and checking. Vibrate is so loud the people around me can hear it, so I have to leave the phone on silent at work. So, is there some setting I can change to get the screen to light up and take it out of sleep mode when I get a new text? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! :)

Hello
How can I increase the limit (of 3) on the tabs that can be opened in the Opera browser? I read somewhere that it can be done be editing a registry entry. Trying to find out how to edit the registery and what value I need to update. Thanks

Hi guys,
I am from India. I have brought HTC FUZE p4600 from US as it was a world phone. But I have some problem with the GPRS connection from local player VODAFONE. I have got message from VODAFONE to update settings. I have saved it. But still it is not working. Please help me out... Waiting for your reply. Thanks, Manoj.

ok i have the htc touch pro or the AT&T FUZE i have been searching around on how i can assign ringtones, i have music on my phone i would like to set as ringtone, also i have bought some off the media net website, and i cant seem to find them after the download, ive read about looking the the ringtone folder, ok my problem is that i dont know where it is, ive seen someone said about the windows directory, um im new at this, so how do i get to this, i would need a step by step directions on how to do this

I know I can disable VC via Start->Settings->Personal->Voice Command, but VC constantly re-enables itself whenever I plug in my headset. And then once a while, VC would activate and start calling the last number I called even though I didnt command it to.
Anyway to permanently disable or remove VC?

the first month of the gps is free....does anyone know if the month starts the day you get the phone? or the first time you use it, it is free a month after that?

I am a current Blackjack II owner, which operates on Windows Mobile 6.1. I am about to upgrade my phone. I've been doing a lot of research and would like to stick with Windows Mobile but would like a larger keyboard than the BJII has. My favorite thing about my BJII is the threaded text messaging (messages are threaded together by sender, almost like an IM chat). I've read that this is a feature of Windows Mobile, and I know the HTC Fuze has that OS. So to any current Fuze owners out there, can you please tell me if this phone also offers threaded text messaging? I don't think I can live without it now that I've had it! Thanks! :)

I think you can make the Fuze make calls and not show your cell number anyone know how? I figured it out on the tilt so im sure you should be able to with the Fuze just cant figure it out

I have a new HTC fuze with an AT&T Unlimited Internet account and the following happens:
1. Internet works (Opera, IE, Gmail, Google Maps, etc.) fine after a soft reset or new phone setup 2. Within 6-12 hours, all internet connection dependent apps fail with errors: - OPERA: Red ERROR! message: The remote server refuses to perform the request. It then states that the site is unavailable and to make sure your internet connection is active and check other apps - IE: Error 406 unavailable - Gmail (Java app): Cannot contact server - Google maps: (does not receive data) 3. Note that email, text and phone continue to work If I do a soft reboot, things work fine for another 6-12 hours, and then the same failure occurs Here are things that I have tried (called into AT&T and HTC support) 1. Full Hard reset 2. Go through connection settings (AT&T said to remove username/pwd and reboot, when this was done, a different error message occurred, saying no connection to wap.cingular was available). When the username/pwd was restored, things worked for 8-12 hours. 3. Replace phone (new one did exactly the same thing out of the box) 4. Call HTC Support, who had never heard of the issue, but are trying to recreate it. Any ideas? Help? Thanks!

Is a perfect case for the Fuze on the market? The cheap plastic one at the AT&T store doesn't fit, plus being so open in front, the touch screen can easitly be accidentally touched and start turning pages . . . I found what looks like a perfect one on the Sena site for $50; it's a leather flip case. But I would like to be able to get one locally in order to immediately use it. What is everyone else using for this model???

I have the htc fuze and whenever i slide the keyboard out and click on messaging and start sending a messages to someone the screen will take me back to the main menu screen after a few seconds and i was wondering if this is happening to everyone and if it is fixable?

By the time I reach for my phone from my pocket (when a call is received), I have already touched a few things other than “answer”. This also won’t give me the option to push “ignore” since the ringing/vibrating had stopped and the caller is waiting for me to say “Hello”. Is there a way to keep the screen closed and only review who is calling by pushing the “Power Button”? It works when I receive a txt. Thanks.

If I turn TouchFLO off, it shows all of my appointments for the day. But, if I turn TouchFLO back on, it limits the amount of appointments it displays to 2 or 3. I had the HTC 8925 (Tilt) which obviously did not have the TouchFLO business, and it displayed all of my appointments for the day, no matter how many. With this new HTC Fuze, and with the TouchFLO turned on, the graphical layout is obviously different and it doesn't show all of my appointments. Can anyone help me??? Thanks. Mike.

The new ROM update has created a problem with my text messages. Every time i get a text in lets me know and tells me how many on the main screen, good. Now when im in a conversation it will start adding them up so i have to go through every text and open each one or go through the whole conversation again, BAD.
Anyone have this problem, if so who do i fix it?
