My screen (Touch/Vogue model) goes crazy sometimes too. It happens if I mess with the screen protector or leave the screen on my carpet too long (could be a static thing). I rub my screen vigorously with the palm of my hand and it eventually works. I know it sounds ridiculous. Just something to try if troubleshooting I guess.

Several of us have had issues with snap-on cases affecting the performance of the touchscreen. Once the case is removed, the touchscreen works perfectly fine. I contacted HTC and they suggested the very case that we've had problems with. Anyone else using a case for the HTC Fuze that they are NOT having problems with? I still want to be able to protect my device.

"There is also the other problem with the case. The phone's slide doesn't stay together after having the case on for a while. It comes apart at the seam." I purchased a full body shield from www.protecyourdevice.com. I used it from March to June with no problems. It really protected the device. (It takes a couple of hours to install.) It's sort of like putting on window tint. The corners started to come up some and I emailed them and they sent me a brand new one as it comes with a lifetime garrantee. When I purchased the Fuze, I went straight to the phone cover store and bought a snap on cover. My screen wouldn't work either. so I never used it. I did read somewhere though that you could file down the inside edges some and it helps. Guess you could try that.

Thanks a lot! It was the same thing that was wrong with mine, I also have a snap on case. I thought the screen was already broke somehow. Just popped off the front of the case and it works perfectly now.

I read the post about the snap-on case being the problem...which I thought was hilarious. Until it happened to me. I took the dang case off and it works perfectly fine now. So...any suggestions for a case other than a snap-on?
