When replying or sending text messages, I get the error message, "Your text message cannot be sent." (with the yellow triangle icon with exclamation mark inside). When I click the ok, the message at the bottom of the screen says "Error Synchonizing." I have contacted HTC technical support and they have no idea what the problem is and stated that I should contact my phone carrier. My phone carrier (AT&T) stated that since the advantage is not one of the HTC phones that they carry, they don't have any support documentation. They also stated that the phone settings appear to be correct to send and receive texts. Nevertheless, I can only receive and not send texts. This has not always been the case. Desparately need help!!!

Cannot get visual display on the screen on my HTC Advantage X7501. Web Page does not download correctly. Any suggestions on how to set this up and what is the best web browser (tried using both Opera and IE)?

Hey there, I have had the x7501 for two years now,I was thinking of replacing it with the x7510. How do you like it so far? is there a big inproment overall or do you feel like you just have the same old phone with a new paint job sort of speak?

Need Help with Slingplayer Mobile and X7501
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- My Slingplayer stopped working on my X7501 a few months back. I get an error message saying, "cannot connect, check your connection settings". All the HTC, AT&T, and Slingmedia peeps can't put my Slingplayer back together again. I've tried reloading new and old versions to only get it to work for a few minutes. After that it's back to the same error message. The X7501 is now off Sling's compatible list too. Any advice is appreciated and by the way Slingplayer mobile is working on my other phones just fine.

I just received the unit I purchased from Amazon. When the unit is booted up on the main screen with HTC and the logo are the words - "Test Only Not for Sale". I am guessing that this is a preproduction unit never meant to be resold as a final product. Anyone have any ideas?
Also, there seems to be no place to attach the keyboard, cover on the back of the unit if it is being used in tablet form or as a phone. The keyboard/cover clips nicely for use as a keyboard and over the screen, but if not using it the only option appears to be to put it in your pocket. Not sure if this is true of the final unit.
