- AT&T Tilt WM 6.1 Backlight HotFix: After the WM 6.1 update for the AT&T Tilt, the backlight timer will automatically revert to the default time out of 10 seconds regardless of any custom settings designated by the user. - LED Configuration Tool - The folks at xda-developers have developed this great little application which allows you to turn off your LED lights, change which LED color goes with each of the Kaiser's wireless capabilities.
- Re-Mapping the PTT Button - Here is a link to a thread on this wiki page that gives instructions on how to re-map your PTT button on your AT&T Tilt. This process will let you assign applications to your PTT button. You will also need PHM's Registry Editor to perform this. NOTE: if you have installed the latest WM6.1 ROM update, you don't need to tweak registers to re-map the PTT button. The button will appear automatically in Start-Settings-Personal-Buttons as Button 6.
- HTC Audio Manager - Here is a link over at xda-developer's website to the HTC Audio Manager. This is a nice finger friendly music player and integrates pefectly into the HTC 6 Tab Plugin linked above. Note that it does not show album art or play videos.

I have the original Tilt (AT&T) and was wondering if I can get the upgrade for the Tilt from Windows 6.1 to the new Windows 6.5? Does it work on the oritinal Tilt? If it does, where can I go to get the download? Thanks

For the last few days the alarm on my phone has been going off at times when it is not set to do so (specifically, in the middle of the night). I'm using the alarm program that came with the device.
I was recently traveling in a different time zone and the alarm now seems to be going off at the time of morning that I would have awoken there. Last night there were no alarms set at all - no checks in the little boxes. Still, alarms went off at 3:00 am and 3:15 am, each "notification" telling me it was the 7:00 or 7:15 alarm. Then it went off again at 7:00 am and 7:15 am. Again, this was when there was no alarm set to go off. Can anyone help? This is a big problem - costing me sleep. |
