Corporate Email Setup
Before setting up your corporate email, you must have the following information at hand:
- Your corporate email Exchange server name
- Your user name, password, and domain name
If you are unsure of any of these items, please contact your IT department.
| 1. Go to Start > Messaging > Select “New Account…” |
| 2. In the “Your e-mail provider” field, select “Outlook Email.” Press “Next.” |
| 3. Enter your corporate email server address and select the SSL encryption option. Press “Next.” 4. Enter your user name, password, and domain name; Press “Next.” |
| 5. Check the items you wish to synchronize. Press “Finish” and your device will begin synchronizing with the Exchange server. |
| 1. Select the “My E-mail” icon on the Today screen 2. Select “Add a new My E-mail account.” Press “Next.” |
| 3. Enter your email address, password, and select your time zone. Press “Next.” |
| 4. Wait for auto-configuration to complete; your new Inbox will be available in Start > Messaging |
| 1. Select “Personal E-Mail Accounts.” Press “Next.” |
| 2. Input your email address, account name, password, email server name, and email server type. Press “Next.” |

The Settings and Delete options are greyed out on each of the email accounts!!! How do I edit or delete an email account
