"Got my Sprint Mogul on March 27th. Just the other day, May 19th, the screens backlight went out. If I use a high powered flashlight I can see the today screen very faintly. I have checked all setting options and changed them several times. Have even tried turning off HTC Plugin, and Music Plugin along with turning on and off biotouch and flobutton as was suggested in a posted search. Didn't Work. I have ran all the programs that came with the phone and the one I add still no backlight. There is one possibility that may be causing the problem but I am not sure. I had load on a trial version of Touch Commander from Handago. The trial version expired when the same day as the backlight went out. I have since removed the Touch Commander program and still no backlight. One thing I did note however is when I turn off the HTC Plugin and Music Plugin as was sugested in that other post there was no HTC Home program to turn off. I don't know if Touch Commander took this off or if it was never there to begin with. Is there is any suggestions for getting the backlight activated?"
