I have a tmobile Dash and I didn't get insurance, the other day i had it in my backpocket and sat down and crack the screen not the outer part but the actually LCD display no its showing black ink type stuff called Tmobile they said I have to get a new one I was wondering if there Is any thing HTC can do for me I will ship to were ever I need to ship

A couple of days ago i spilled mouthwash on my phone. At first the screen had multicolored lines covering the entire screen. However the keyboard worked and i could accpet calls. I left it in the sun and i guess the mouthwash dryed up. Now everything is perfect except the touch screen responds to my touch very slowly like 30 minutes apart. So i guess it still works? Any ideas? Thanks.

does anyone know if the Fuze will be able to upgrade to 6.5, I believe it's going to be on the touchpro2 but since that's probally not coming to the U.S. I would like to have that OS it looks pretty neat besides I'm tired of 6.1 glitches (not that a new OS would lead to less glitches lol)

Hi. I`d like to know what is the max card I can use on my HTC Touch. (Can I use 8gigas card?). And where can I find the best softwares for this kind of phone. I`ve just bought one, and I hope I can use it better I can. Thanks !

Hi.
I´d like to know what is the max card I can use with my HTC Touch (Can I use a 8 gigas card?). And where I can find the best software to use on it. I´ve just received it and I hope to use all funcionalitys (softwares like fring, email, musci players ... all kind of stuff). Thank´s

I was using this program for my ppc 6600 before and was able to restore my contacts list and other info. after hard resetting it.
But now that I have a ppc 6800, some how it's not working after hard resetting it. could someone please help inform me?? Thank you, Linda |

Hello!
I'm having problem with MDA Vario I. When I run flash HTC, ActiveSync doesn't recognise device, but I can do flash to 100% :) After flashing, almost 20 versions of HTC ROM (by wizard), my MDA don't want to run windows. -It stops! I've tryed to do an complete reset by clicking connect button + voice b. + reset ... MDA asks me to press SEND... After SEND it says: " Format failed " So I don't know what to do? Can someone help me? Thanks!!! Summary: 1. ActiveSync don't work 2. Windows won't run 3. Format failed |

I have a Jabra BT8010 that worked good with my Bell HTC 6800. I upgraded the ROM to 2.17.666.1 because it addressed a serious issue I had, the phone would lock up on long phone conversations. Now the BT8010 does not work.
It connects and pairs OK. In stereo mode Windows Media Player works. When I place a phone call or answer a phone call, there is no sound in the headset, only the HTC unit. I also notice it continually locks the phone up too. I tried the 1.33 and the 1.40 firmware from Jabra and neither made a difference. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks.

When I connect my HTC Touch via BT to a Parrot MK6100 the microphone speech quality is awfull.
Using a Parrot Ck3100 gives a good sound quality. The Parrot MK6100 functions perfectly with an Nokia. Has the Touch some hidden BT codec features or is there a difference in codec samplig frequencies?

I've been unable to get any music or other sound to play on my HTC P4300 on earbuds - both hardwired and via Bluetooth. They work on the phone side but nada on the pda side. Is there a setting I'm missing?
