On my second phone, issue is email occasionally freezes the screen, it appears to be random. When it happens you can tap on the envelope or inbox and email will not open, cured by a soft reboot. Have done a wipe, to no avail. HTC rep told me there might be a conflict between the Outlook mail (exchange server) and my pop account. I deleted the pop account but I'll have to wait to see if it worked. Has anyone else experianced this?
