Have attempted to follow mfg. guidelines however I get a message that "ActiveSync encountered a problem on the desktop. View Support Code: 0x85010014.

I am using Outlook 2007 on a hp lap top factory installed with Visa Home Prem.

Can anyone help an old man work through this error code?

before answering pls consider the following:
