I have a HTC Fuze AT&T that I need to shut of the 3g, will your htc 10 button comm manager work on this device?

Ok, I downloaded, not sure how to get the 3G to stop after phone calls. If I select the 3G icon on the new 10 button comm mananger in just puts up the hour glass until the phone times out and turns off. Any help would be appreciated.
